You can remove fog in the config at: Advanced > Graphics > Fog > "Disable vanilla fog" or with mods like Sodium Extras, Optifine, or some other fog removal mod.
If the fog is still there and you have BCLib installed you’ll have to disable BCLib’s fog.

Can you try getting the least amount of mods that let you reproduce the issue?

Yeah I can try, I’ve already culled a lot of them. Was just hoping it was a known issue or something
If you don't have it installed, it doesn't matter

I think it’s the Fast Better Grass resource pack

Mod required by Better Nether and Better End
You can use LambBetterGrass or SuperBetterGrass mods instead if you want
Im actually not sure what’s causing it. I did some further testing and realized that it fixes itself simply when I reload my textures (not necessarily when I removed the better grass pack)
But it’s consistent and shows up every time I joins world until I reload textures

Well those mods are still better then the resource pack
My guess is that the bug is from Iris
