So How should I read this....
Where to start what to do This belt tensioning graph is magic to me

so to start you see the two spikes which is a start but you have some extra noise between those spikes and something going on in the higher frequencies. Lets start with what model printer, size, if VC4 is it hybrid and if so are the hybrid belts on or off currently?
I dont have vc4 i have vc 3..1
500m
Its been a while since I tuned my VC3.0 so I am going more based on my VC4 tuning experience. First up your amplitude seems low. Could be belts to loose or to tight. That you have two spikes is a good thing (~30hz and the one at 65hz) What RatOS version are you running on? 2.1 has a real time analysis tool that you can shake the belts at specific hz and see the adxl graph in real time and then you can try and find what is causing the spike but pushing / holding things. The high spike is probably something loose.
What can be loose then ?
if you are running RatOS 2.1 mikl added a real time analaysis tool. You can pick either x or y to shake the printer or upper or lower belt which I think its called a or b direction (not in front of my printer currently) So what you could do is select your lower belt and start moving the hertz slider over until you see the big ~129hz. Most likely it will be at a ~129hz but it could be a lower hz causing it and 129hz is the second harmonic. So watch carefully as you are shaking the printer at ~64hz. When you see the spike on the real time graph you can start holding or pushing or pulling on various parts to see if you can get the noise on the graph to lower down. It might be a big enough spike where you can even hear the noise. When I say hold, push, pull, etc I dont mean trying to hold the entire toolhead or gantry, but things like the umblical mount, some extra wires, etc.
whats strange is you only see that spike on one belt like that. Not exactly sure what it is but it should be easier to find than a small little bump I suspect
also what are you using for resonance testing? your toolboard or something else?
im using my beacon probe
it is highly recommended by the RatOS Dev team to use the toolboard. The mounting location of Beacon makes it not a good place to test resonance with
