Ban due to ignorance
hi, I can't connect with the support service at discord or on the website, I have a problem, I didn't know that emulators are prohibited, since there are streamers, when you log into the game from a PC there was a message: you will play with the same players with emulators. I played 1 game in which I died almost immediately, because the control was as crooked as possible. I played using the famous bluestacks emulator, and pubg came across to me in the top of the games, so I didn't even think that this was a violation of the rules. As a result, I was banned for 10 years. How to fix the situation, you can watch a replay of the last game, I didn't spoil the game for anyone there. Help please

Please be advised that the GameLoop emulator is the only emulator that is recommended playing PUBG MOBILE.
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.

You should know that a 10 year ban is only given for a serious violation of the games rules. This will not be undone.
If you still want to try regardless, you can go through the ingame customer support, it can be assessed in the top right corner of the login screen.
If it is not resolved there (means likely denied) then you can also create a post on the r/pubgm_support subreddit.
