VC3 Wifi Disconnecting Issues
Hello all, I am struggling with wifi disconnecting on my V Core 3. At random, mid print, once every day or three, the pi4b will drop from my wifi never to return. It continues printing just fine, but I lose the ability to control and monitor it with mainsail.
Why I think it's disconnecting: I suddenly lose the ability to open ratos.local, and I cannot find it in my router's connected devices anymore.
The reason I am asking here is that I have multiple other printers, 2 Sovol SV08's with their proprietary pi knock-off, and 3 other modified klipperized printers running on their own raspberry pi 4b's, same as the RatRig except set up starting from stock raspberry os. None of my other printers have ever had this issue, so I am suspecting it is software related, perhaps some configuration choice made by Ratos that I am not aware of.
It is as if the pi never attempts to reconnect to wifi. It always has plenty fine signal, and could connect if it tried, but it just doesn't. It connects without issue every time it boots up, but I can't reboot it during a print.
The one thing I thought to check was the wifi low power mode, but
iwconfig wlan0
shows power off
which I believe means it was never set to allow dropping into low power mode.
Does anyone have any ideas for further troubleshooting or how I can resolve this issue?

I believe the IP address does not work either? Can u connect the pi with an ethernet cable instead of Wifi?
I can't easily get an ethernet cable to the printer, but that is an option. I would like to continue using WiFi if I can. I partially mitigated the problem by adding a klipperscreen, so I can still control the printer in the event it loses connection. I also replaced the raspberry pi and swapped the SD card into the new one, but it still occurred.
The ratrig is even the closest of my printers to the router. At this point it's not hardware and it's not signal strength, I can only guess the issue is in software. But I do not know where to look. I updated ratos and some system packages today, last update was about a month ago. Perhaps that will change something, haven't had enough time to verify yet.
ratos is just using mainsail os for the wifi
