Give screenshots of the error messages and exactly what you have tried so far. Also pictures of your wiring of power and USB

There are multiple different processor versions of the octopus pro 1.1. What version is this? If you don’t know take a close up picture of the processor on the board. Your full board picture is to compressed for me to tell.

Maybe in the video. It’s late so could not watch them with the volume on. Try this if you have not already. Remove the usb power jumper off of the octopus and hook up the 24v power supply to the octopus and run the. 5volt power jumper from the octopus to power the pi. Also remove the usb c power supply you have running the pi. I powered my octopus pro that way and it worked fine to manually compile the firmware. Have you tried another browser as well?

I tried powering the board by 24v psu with jumper removed and the board i have not tried another browser tho tbf to me though it feels like its a rat os issue as i cant even click it yet i can click every single other board tht isnt even installed and compile firmware

It’s ratos 2.1 correct? Have you gone to the machine tab and updated everything?

Hit the little update icon. I don’t have my printer on right now so I cannot get a screenshot.
