Struggling with PETG

I am running into a lot of issues with this print and I'm not sure how to fix it. I've run through all the filament tuning steps in orca including temp, flow rate, pa, and retraction. I am able to print a great benchy but when I try to print something for a project I'm working on it always comes out like crap. I have printed this model in ASA with no issues. The bottom layers are great and the first few infill layers are good and then it rapidly starts getting worse as the infill continues. The top layers are also good but then it starts having issues again with the perimeters. In the pictures below teal is the petg filament and the black is ASA as a comparison.

I have also dried this filament at 50C for 12 hours and it didn't make a difference

I'm not much of an expert but when I had similar problems with crosshatch infill, I traced it down to too high of a fan flow. Curious what your type of cooling you are using.

Hmmm that's an interesting theory. I haven't tried to lower fan speed yet. I have CPAP for cooling so too much cooling makes sense. I'll turn it down and retry the print. I dropped the fan speeds and that fixed it! Thank you for the advice!! I don't think I would have thought of that at least not for a while
