Very small question

I've heard that DH can actually be used to improve performance. How can I change the settings in a way that DH makes my game run better?

Dh doesn’t improve performance other than allowing you to decrease your vanilla render distance and still see terrain

Well, if you set your vanilla RD to 2 and DH RD to 32, fps might increase so it will improve performance
