Rapido V2 with 104NT smoking and Generally overheating, EBB36

Ive been having this issue right off the bat with two Rap V2s. V1 in the same spot worked ok. I replaced the thermistor and wrapped the wires in kapton to no avail.

I have tried heating to a much lower temeprature. I found that PLA works will lower than 190C but boiling at 220C

Looks like a lot of stuff was deleted from the printer.cfg instead of left commented out. Not at my comp at the moment to compare further

Looking for anything in particular? This is the 2.0 Dev build. Lots pf stuff moved to ratos.cfg

Looking for the extruder sensor type, but not familiar with a setting that could make a wrong sensor act close enough to be "correct" at room temp but off at heated

Sensor is verified. I originally was skeptical of the orginal sensor type so I bought a verified sensor (104NT) I am seeing this as an issue across the Rap2s. Big difference with mine is I am not even trying to go the PT route. Stuck with the sensor I was use to on my 3 Rap V1s Its hard to tell whether the Rap or the EBB is at fault here. First time using the EBB and the Rap2. Should I just expect to print really cold on these Rap 2s even though I have had great success with much higher temps on other setups? bumping, as the issue has not been resolved by any of my attempts. I reached out to Pheatus and was ignored, lol

Can you try putting this in your config to see what the temperature does? [extruder] sensor_type: PT1000 #dir_pin: e_dir_pin min_extrude_temp: 170 min_temp: 0 max_temp: 300

If you are using a 104 make sure that PT1000 doesn't have the jumper in it
