Extruder reset error only after 3+ hours of printing

I re-crimped all the toolboard connectors then I replaced the toolboard. No difference. Where do I start with debugging this issue?

Solution:
Damn loose connections are so hard to track down. It ended up being the power wires to the toolboard.

Anyone!? I am really stumped. I don’t know what to look for next.

Have you tried replacing the stepper driver? Or at least swapping the extruder one with a different one?

The stepper driver is the toolboard ebb42 and I replaced that. The next I guess is swapping out the orbiter? How can I tell if the error is related to the hot end or the extruder? It seems like klipper calls them both “extruder” at times.

that GSTAT error is the driver/wiring

Should I just get ready for the mmu by buying like 8 Orbiters? But the wiring specifically to the orbiter not the rapido 2?
blacksmithforlife
correct, there is no TMC driver associated with your rapido

The Orbiter does feel super hot. And it did have an issue with some super low temp cleaning filament jamming it.

take a temp of it - it is normal for it to run around 60C

I’ll recrimp the connection again and take a temp after an hour of printing

also check your run amperage if you have modified anything in the configs
