Dressing for bigger bodies and tracksuits
Just as the title says
I also have large muscly legs but I want to wear slim fit and skinny jeans but I don't think I can

and I have to wear really large jackets that look a little silly because they're so comically large
it doesn't match my body type but it's all that fits
It’s about silhouette. I tend to go for higher waists (hides the gut) and wider top blocks (to avoid muffin top), while at the same time making sure my are not overly long. Does the trick for me.
also I have to wear wide waist pants but the length of the pant never seem to fit my height, they're usually way too long

- don't rely on what cut pants are labeled as; at a certain point of body comp 'slim' becomes super skinny and 'regular' becomes slim. Eye check is always better than trying to convince yourself that something fits the way the label says it does
- getting pants hemmed is cheap, learning to DIY is a worthwhile lifeskill if you need it done frequently
- pay attention to your measurements and make purchases based on those, not what the tag says. I have XLs that fit like 2XLs, and vice versa.
Why do you have to buy oversized jackets?
because medium no longer fits so now i have to wear large and xl
and im a small dude in other areas so the jackets tend to look large

The answer is buying clothes that fit. Sizing varies so much brand to brand and year to year. You need to learn your measurements and how you want things to fit based on those. I'm a bit overweight and vary large to XL

I don't think it's cohesive. The tracksuit is pulling in the opposite direction from the harness boots, but give it a shot, I can't help you other than steer you away from the look.

Maybe look at some old Saint Laurent Paris looks and see if they have anything like that. Their teddy jacket might be similar vibe to a tracksuit

while i agree that combining two different styles can make for an interesting fit it can be hard to balance how much of each style is present without looking like, say, you wore a sporty fit and then threw on some pointy boots
Stavros is definitely going for "silly" with those tracksuit fits, so maybe not a great source of inspo if that's what you're trying to avoid

if you're looking at intentional juxtaposing of two styles these were some really good ones from fit battle (westernwear + trad, ivy + streetwear, workwear + westernwear)
there's enough recognizable elements of each style that the outfit is more interesting in response

Already asked and answered several times across your threads and genchat. You are probably looking for regular/straight fit pants. As a fellow overweight person, those tend to fit closer to slim than baggy on me. As has also been covered several times, you will be well served by looking at the leg opening and hip measurements when shopping for pants.

A useful skill is IDing the type of garment and figuring out what specific parts of the fit and details make it appealing to you and finding similar items. Also deciding whether you're willing to compromise at all. Sometimes you just gotta have that one
