Bed Mesh taco with some obvious inflection from alignment

Rebuilding a used Rat Rig 300 that the prior owner never quite got to work right. And I'm new to Rat Rigs, which isn't making this easier. These graphs were taken at room temp because I'd like to get a baseline in before I start introducing heat to the alignment. Looking at the range of 0,0 to 300,0, with the little twists up and down at the end, and then the plate in the 300,300 tilting down, it's obviously I have some squaring to fix. But frankly, it seems like the things I'm trying are not really doing much. Like, I get the discrete feeling the rear Z axis isn't fully aligned, and that's what causing the twist, but I'd like to see if anyone else has any better ideas, as I think there's telltale signs that more knowledgeable people might be able to spot.

To note: I did get the frame super square at one point: <0.08 total bed mesh variance at one point. I got that by taking it down to no axes and no upper connectors, sat down with a huge AF square I have and making sure it was perfect. Then realigned the bottom. THEN double checked the top and tweaked from there. But then the enclosure panels didn't quite fit right after I rebuilt everything else, and I (wrongly) assumed that if the rest was tight, I could slightly adjust the corners to help the acrylic fit. Nope, Must have introduced some twist from frame tension that pulled things out of square. Frankly, I really don't like the 1.0 enclosure, but with kids and cats round, and the speed that this thing can run at, I'd rather run my head figuratively into a wall than literally have an ER visit.

Kept at it and got some of the peakiness out, but I feel the shape still implies it can be tuned further. I'm going to try better aligning the y rails first, but I'm always ready to hear other ideas, as it's at .149 and I feel I can get to .1 with patience

Thanks.. I'll give a pass 1 mil tape and see. Can't ctrl-z life, so if I tweak the frame the wrong way, I'll lose another afternoon of my life doing meshes. May not hurt to get a sheet too, cause the one that came with it is as beat up. Or just not worry. Running it to 80c pulled the variance down to .120 after just 10m of preheating
