What style, look, or feeling are you trying to emulate this summer? Will this summer be any different from the ones past? What images would best represent your fashion goals this summer?

Linen, drapey, mono/earth tones
Once it gets real hot i will probably just constantly wear shorts and tank tops and pretend different shoes make the outfits different
This will be my first summer since going down the MFA rabbit hole, so it will be definitely be different. This is first time I've thought ahead about what I want to wear, and the first time I'm aware of wanting to dress differently than winter, beyond "stop wearing coat"
I'm excited about big linen pants, camp collar shirts, tank tops, and Birkenstocks.
Fun colors, embroidery, tie-dye.

Same shit as usual, a lotta colours, a lotta decadence, trying my best to take in what I feel to be the height of human experience
i'm sure i have more but-
I'm hoping to see if I can utilize more colourful garments in ways that aren't just finding a "fun aloha shirt" or button up, but also using pants, sweaters, and sneakers to really forward the motion
im gonna be wearin a lot of these slim fit shorts and ain't shit u can do about it

I'm down to two pairs of shorts though, it's this and memphis pods and that's it for me for the summer
I plan to bring a real 'hot and tired dad at Disney' energy this summer

I have 2 lace tops for summer
i have a fairly old uniqlo mesh airism tank top and love it for summer especially now that i do tank tops as outerwear
There’s a dude in another server who wears mesh very well
also round 2 - tank tops, more exaggerated shapes that still fall under the umbrella of ivy, more interesting accesories; just assume a pair of black loafers in every fit lol
Big flowy bottoms and exposed arms/chest/shoulders or oversized cropped top doing numbers for me

Oh thanks so much! I'll have to check the thread. Yeah I feel like I've been losing weight but Uniqlo claimed they're out of my size and that I'm a XXL for their linen, I wear size 40 so I was like daaang
i would tell you to check out muji but looks like they only have the tapered linen pants not the wide
leaving money on the table
but they go up to 40" and are 100% linen unlike qlo, if you're into that kind of thing
