flow or z move issues
I'm having troubles getting a good print since a week. I recalibrated the flow, the z offset and the temp.
But I'm having those aweful top layer issues.
Top layer is rough and the sides are showing too much inconsistency.

Black temp is good. Red one is high, thus it is very glossy.
Could you be running the top layer too slow? It seems the plastic is being melted and caught to the nozzle. The lines on the last print is something new, but something hardware side like something makes the motor skip steps in both directions with each layer shift. Bearings? Belt? Maybe check the z side of things.
