that is usually due to a bad USB connection. Make sure it is connected firmly and has proper strain relief so it doesn't wiggly free

ok then its the bad usb-a connector for the raspi since that cann freely wiggle,usb-c is secured wih 2 zip ties
blacksmithforlife
that seems unlikely since the PI isn't moving

I mean the wiggle is bad,but u r right the pi isn’t moving, but i checked and the connection on the toolboard is secure.FYI the cable is too long I could have easily chose a 1m cable instead of 1.5m but the thing that puts me off that before the reinstall I never had that issue

can be multiple things, but the most likely is that you didn't secure your USB connector on the toolhead well enough and the solder points are starting to crack from the vibrations. Doesn't actually have anything to do with the reinstall.
but the thing that puts me off that before the reinstall I never had that issue
Klipper changed a bunch of things that made the communication more sensitive (or rather, strict) a few months ago, that may be why you're seeing it now. I would try a new cable, just to rule that out.
