Weird artifacts in my print. after building the enclosure. Vcore 3.1 500 Belts are tensioned

Tighten everything, check your belt paths carefully to make sure the belts are properly on the pulleys
What have you done to ensure your x axis is 90⁰ to your Y axis? If they aren't perpendicular to each other when you move in X or Y it will also affect the other axis.
Have you tried printing in case mode as well?
Have you checked the grub screws on the motor shafts to make sure they are tight and one of them is on the flat part of the shaft?
What measuring tools do you have? If you have a dial indicator you could measure your x and y movements and make sure they are correct
