Try measuring the distance between the lines. If it is z-wobble they should repeat once per lead screw rotation (every 4mm).

There are a lot of things that can cause lines on the side of a print like that and without some more information I can only guess, so maybe you can answer some questions: - What kind of printer is this? - Is this a new printer or did it work fine in the past? - If it is a new printer, what calibration have you already done? - What filament are you using? - On your photos it looks like the problems are worst in the middle of your print, or is that just the lighting? - From the photos it looks like you are using Orca Slicer or Bambu Studio, could you maybe share the 3mf file for your project (save icon in the top left, it contains your model and all the slicer settings)?
