Layer line all of the sudden?

From time to time I get these random lines (left side in basket), where do I start check for errors? V-core 3.1 300 Enclosure 2.0 Print speed on external is only 60mm/sec and still get these , usually ONE on a random layer. Dont really know where to start, in my imagination it should be able to print at least 150mm/sec on external walls. Acc is set to 3000 on external walls, ADXL says 23000 on X-axis and 9000 on Y-axis. Using RR Toolhead, Orbiter 2.0 , Rapido 2 with 0,6 bimetall nozzle. FMM motorplates.

I'm not all that experienced, so take this with a grain of salt. I had something similar. I had been switching between Carbon Fiber Nylon and ABS. On the ABS I would have random lines where it seemed like it stopped extruding. Not knowing for sure, I attributed this to a partially clogged nozzle. I pushed some filament cleaner through (https://www.3dfuel.com/products/3d-clean-1-75mm) and the next print had none of these lines. I imagine there's a lot of different things that can cause this, so maybe yours isn't the same issue.

You have included some pretty random information about your printer and print settings... What does the full metal motor mount have to do with anything? What's your filament type (specific brand link) Print temp, bed temp, Dis you notice any warping on the left side of your photo (peeling up from the bed) I have noticed this single layer line on one side of the print before, when one side starts to warp and peels up a bit. Then stops.

Regular PLA, no warping, random information or not, better to give more than less information 🙂

If you reprint the same part do you get the same line in the same place? Diagnosing these type of "random" artifacts is black magic stare

Here is what I am dealing with. It always happens on the same layers where a top surface occurs elsewhere in the print.

I got slight over extrusion on top layers (and everywhere) because I want high strength and less voids between lines.
