Beacon Probe doesn't work after ratos/mainsail is ready

I am trying to get beacon probe running but i am having problems with it not triggering. My nozzle made frieds with the print surface two times already. What is very interesting.. My printer AC 230V is switched by a shelly relay. If the shelly and the rpi are off, nothing works of course. If i power up the rpi and wait for it to go online, i connected to the Webinterface and it says not ready, obviously because there is no 24V to the Mainboard and Toolboard. In this state the beacon triggers on everything that is remotely metal. (LED goes on) As soon as i activate the shelly relay and, the psu powers on and supplies 24V. After the main- and Toolboard are up and running, mainsail says everything is fine but now the beacon no longer triggers on anything. Someone got an idea?

which part? and what do you think could be a reason?

pictures of everything. Your setup doesn't sound like a normal setup so maybe that caused the issue

it is pretty much a standard build in terms of parts used but i added a lot of stuff (heaters/fans/thermistors) that have been working for a long time now without any issues. I just don't get it, why it looses connection as soon as klipper is ready there were quite a lot of beacon revH (which i use) updates available.. gonna check that out quickly maybe its just that Looks like it was just that..
