Too causal for this jacket?
Are sneakers a too casual for this jacket? I’m a noob and still learning how to style this jacket.

My normal play would be something more ivy like loafers here and other accessories to blend all of the casual items
maybe could go with a plaid shirt? and yea loafers or derbies would definitely work well
Or moccasin style shoes of one sort or another in general

Looks good, this is the sort of style I'm trying to expand more into, mixing trad/ivy with more casual and workwear elements. Here's a good Instagram with plenty of great examples of how to do it, I'm pretty sure he posts here too.

Also a crisper t shirt with a beefier collar, and I'd recommend white. Stick to colors of T-shirt that match the button down shirts you'd wear, and try to pick a really nice, sturdy fabric.
Also, derbies/loafers helps uplift the casual bottom to meet the formality of the jacket as @ll.beansandrice🫘 said.
