Would be great to be able to use the symmetry scripts without the mirror in place as an anchor....maybe the ability to move the mirror with your left hand as you paint so its not stuck from one position?

Hi @andybak noticed the camera on the plugin build no longer functions. Giving you the heads up
What does it do?
The screen separates from the controller. Also when you go to save and create an initial snapshot you no longer see a screen viewfinder
Happened on the latest build
I think the plugin build is so cool because it reminds me of playing with the Spirograph but in 3d it’s much better

I’m looking for a demo script to help me get started scripting for OpenBrush. I’m working with a media artist who uses OpenBrush to lay out PNG files in 3D space, and we’re trying to automate the process of importing dozens of images from the media folder on the local drive.
I was thinking we could make a script that looks at a given folder on the local drive, and then imports all images in that folder to a new layer in the currently opened sketch file, perhaps arranging them in a grid layout. Would this be possible?
I had a quick look at the scripting page on the docs but I am having a hard time finding info that will be relevant to me.

Do we currently have a way to attach a model or group of brush strokes (layer contents?) to a path and have it move?
if not, how would I start going about this?
same answer as last time 😉

I've added gifs or videos for nearly all the example plugins:
Hi, I'm having a bit of an issue understanding how the plugin system works. I'm hoping to try few things by scripting my own plugins, but I can't find the actual source for the existing plugins mentioned here.
The experimental/moonsharp branch doesn't seem to have any sourcecode for plugins under Assets/Plugins. Am I missing something, like a download link to the plugins?
If I'm understanding your question correctly, you can use the in game plugins tool
Select the plugin you're interested in looking at and hit there should be a copy button (if I remember correctly, has a gear icon)
The copied file (so the original isn't changed) is placed in your documents/open brush/plugins folder
you can then open that with any editor.
Where abouts do I select the plugin to copy? This is the step I am struggling with, I can't seem to find the file anywhere
Has anyone got an example of open brush with audio in the Unity plugin? Also any docs to help work how to create audio brushes that can be brought into Unity?
Hey @andybak just downloaded the latest and many around, along stroke, super ellipse around dont seem to be working as usual. Been awhile since ive been in it and not sure its my settings. Just thought I'd let you know.
Thanks for letting me know. I made a bunch of changes before I went on holiday and might have broken something.
I'll test now.
thanks a bunch
@Zandy - can you check you didn't create copies of those scripts in your Open Brush/Plugins folder?
If so you should delete them so that the ones that ship with this version are used instead.
Tried that and still had an issue but will give it another go.
