The North Face
🧭🏔️
Feels like whenever I go to Colorado I see a lot of this. Either you climb mountains or want to give off the vibe that you could climb one if so inclined.

I feel like of all the outdoorsy brands, North Face is the most ubiquitous. At this point I associate North Face more with sororities/fraternities or suburban parents than I do with mountain climbers. It still is a good outdoor brand but I have seen it all over the country worn by all types of people that it’s almost a normcore brand.
Yea its definitely the preppy brand but it does have a timeless charm to it
I'd be curious to see what their staples are besides the omnipresent 1996 Nuptse
The Denali fleece for one. They also have (had?) the campshire fleece which is a callout to the Patagonia rhythm ones.
Funny how brands are seen in different countries. Its a seen as a bit of a footy fan/scally brand in the UK
A black North Face fleece was a white girl staple from about 2005-2015 give or take a few years. It’s still pretty common but back then it was almost a uniform
Still is for lads in Liverpool
