Saddle shaped mesh

My mesh looks like a saddle. It's an upside-down uon the x, and a rightside-up u on the y. Is this a sign of a warped x-gantry? This is for a v-core3 500.

I should add that I've already watched the mesh leveling video, and made adjustments based on that, but the saddle shape is something that doesn't line up with that video

I actually ran into the same problem on my new VC 300. I checked the bed with a straight edge (still havent attached heater or magnet) and I can confirm that my bed is warped in the same way the mesh shows. Deviation is 0.182 but thats because its a smaller bed i guess. Have solved it or contacted support?

Just a quick suggestion that helped me get rid of some of the "saddle". My problem was partially due to the gantry. So I did the following: - Brought the bed up to the gantry as close as I could. - Heated my bed to about 110d/cel and left it to soak for about 30 minutes. - Then loosened all the screws on the X rail and from one side I slowly started tightening the screws to the other side in sequential order (not too tight....important) Post this I did a mesh again and a good part of the "saddle" had disappeared. Unfortunately, while this fixed the X "saddle", my Y was still a valley of waves but this was specific to the bed warp which I could also see (as in @oskait pictures) I would also say that your front-right corner is too low in relation to the rest and this is to do with the frame squareness and precision. Hope you get it right.

Yea I'm currently talking to support as I can also see the warp on the bed itself, therfore I havent installed the heater yet (in case I have to change the aluminum bed) and cant do any hot stuff. I might try to flip the bed for a mesh of the underside . If it then is a valley instead of the saddle without changing the gantry I know its just the bed... And true I could tune the squareness a little more. I just didnt bother after seeing the gap with the straight edge.
