Loose the belt so they are just enough tension, then loosen both back motors that hold the belt. The two small shaft ones. Move the gantry back and forth left and right. This will center your motor pulleys. Then tighten the motor, then tighten the belt. I see that your belts are rubbing, so it's probably why. Additionally make sure the belt paths are all correct

welcome to the club, there are a lot of threads on this topic. In have this problem on 2 vcores (300 and 400) both with fmmm mod, gates belts/idlers . I never managed to solve it. 1. Make 100% sure that the top extrusions are on the same plane 2. make sure the frame is dead straight 3 assemble the x gantry and with both xy idler (printed parts) assembled to the x gantry, use a big flat surface with some sandpaper and sand the in the same time 4. When assembling the idlers make sure the bolts are perpendicular to the plates(I couldn't find a working tip here) Hope this will help somehow, please tag me if you sort it out

I'm having the same issue. When the gantry is in the back, the belt slips up. It looks like the belt jumped off the idler. But now my belt is done😭
