Help! Values to aim at for RR500

What ar the values to aim at for a 500x500 ?

Need to know this generally... Surely there are known optimal values.
I recently tried 75hz on my 300 and the print started getting 2mm spaced bumps (gt2) all over the surface. Then the belts snapped a week later...
(But not before I discovered that reducing the belt tension to 65hz got rid of the bumps)
But I seen people recommending 75hz for the 300 on other posts -_-
Have the same question. I seem to have the belts the same tension. But dont know if both too tight or too loose.
Also have something strand around the 125Hz which must be something loose
