Creat form like this

Hello all, i'm building something like warehouse app and everything is going great so far... I have a question: It's possible to build form like this in picture? Simply, when warehouse operator selects material number, it will show him oldest material location (and info about material/pallet) in storage racks and action for withdraw. If yes, can somebody point me the right direction how to do this? Many many thanks! 😉
