Blur/ vignette option for backgrounds
Along with the separation of color/brush strokes and png transparancy this option would be able to help create pictures/ videos gifs with depth in game. The camera now has the option to vignette/ blur for pics. If it is added to the skyboxes, people can create interesting depth effects.

blurring the skybox might be doable (although now we have custom skyboxes - you can just blur them yourself!)
blurring based on depth (i.e. depth of field) is tough to do without killing the framerate - especially on quest
