I stole everything I own
More than I’d like and less than MSRP
1 gazillion dollars
who are you, my mom?
Bout $3.50
waiting for someone to put a real number here so i can either cry about being poor or cry about spending way too much
Real answer: fits in #waywt-highlights are anywhere from <$100 to >$1000 and they're all fire
This is a pointless question because it doesn’t matter how much your wardrobe cost it matter how cool you look in it
You can look like a fucking idiot in a $10k+ outfit just as easy as you can look real fuckin nice in a fully thrifted outfit
true, but i think the question isn't concerned so much about how good things look, just plain curiosity as to what people have budgeted for their clothes. at least thats my interpretation of OP's question
I have an IKEA wardrobe that cost £69
ok that was so offensive
It's pretty hard to tell because one doesn't keep track. I guess it's in the low thousands
Prob 25-30k with the more expensive stuff in footwear and sehk
But i did this in the span of 5 years
just checked my budget tracker, which i only maintained since i moved to japan. spent around half a million yen woops 😀 that includes alterations and repairs
I think this is the key tbh. When I hear “your wardrobe” I picture people thinking of it in terms of “okay I need a new wardrobe, that’s 5 shirts, 5 pants, etc,” and then filling those needs.
Are we trying to count all of the stuff I bought and then sold for a loss over the years as well? At some point it just kinda stops making sense
Also plenty of folks thrift and DIY really cool stuff
I guess a ball park of how much u paid out, and method of acquiring it (thrift, end of season sale, msrp, auction etc)
People of great taste gonna be able to put togethjer a great outfit at any price point. I think OP was just curious. There are so many ways to look great these days.
Enough.
