Please, I need help. Some bits of the first layer always get scraped up by the nozzle.

I would try scrubbing your bed with soap and water and giving it a good rinse, then a wipe down with alcohol. Also slow your first layer down. Make sure z hop is on for the first layer. All those things fixed that issue for me

Any dish soap is fine
I had same issue, nothing seemed to stick to the bed after an upgrade and rebuild, think I must have got some silicone grease on the bed, fixed it by lightly sanding the pei and then cleaning with alcohol, sanding took the shine off the bed but now prints stick really well
