Stop by Ragstock. They usually have some solid festival gear that you could reasonably wear day to day.
Do Americans get dressed up for festivals? We just absolutely slum it in UK/Europe (partly because they turn into mudbowls by day 2)

Thrift stores in the city often have random/funky shirts or retro clothing that's a great vibe for festivals.

Also fwiw they will have probably have clothing for sale inside the festival. Most major festivals have official merch and a vendor village where you can get hats, pashminas, fans, jewelry, camelbacks, etc etc

Short sleeve breathable button ups, seersucker, linen, loose fitting cotton. Even though the weather doesn't look to be too hot, you'll want something breathable, because you'll be out in the sun all day.
