MCU Error

Hey, im setting up the software of my vcore3, and it seems like im not able to flash the correct firmeware on the Octopus v1.1. i have completed the FAQ steps, flashed the board without anything connected. Mainsail says, that Klipper dosent want to start, and some MCU error. Ive included the logs of Klipper and Moonraker. Am i supposed to put that jumper below the proccessor in or out? Im kinda confused at this point, ive tried to troubleshoot the whole day.
