PETG fast printing
I printed this piece vertically since it gave me hard time in any other position.
How can i get rid of those rough edges? Already did some cleanup since there was almost a wall of stringing between the two thinner pieces

I see a high difference between slower and higher speeds : difficult to print at the same temp for both slow and fast moves. First I'd increase slower speeds, then print a temp tower, enlarged in length, 2 or 3 copies at a time. It gives better reading of real life printing. Then choose best temp, then check max extrude rate (go up gradually in klipper, -20% to skipping rate), save this value in your filament profile, then test pressure advance, report in filament profile / gcode overrides.
