ASA bridging.
My ASA bridging really sucks. Any pointers?

I print 3DO ASA at 250/115,any reason you print it at 275?
Do you run 0.4mm nozzle?
Bridge flow %
Chamber temp
bridging speed 25mm/s
What speed with that temp? No particular reason. Current default speed is 200mm/s
0.4 nozzle yeah, 100% bridge flow, chamber temp I can't say exactly as I don't have sensors yet -- approximately 30 degrees?
Cool, will try it lower -- currently at 60mm/s
Nozzle is tungsten carbide

phone photos should be banned right @Helge Keck
totally

V500 Rapido uhf/Orbiter 2.0 4028fan and 60c chamber temp
Thanks will keep experimenting. Think I need to finish designing the mount for my ptc heater and fit some sensors too. š
It never ends. I do have RGB via WLED for different stages of print now though so all the quality issues might fix themselves? š¤·āāļø

Did it not work out for you?
Sorry, been at work. Just come back to check your settings and play now š
Wondering if I will struggle with 45% fan though as my chamber is not actively heated so it only gets warmed by the bed.
Lets see how she goes š Dropped all your settings in, running a bridging test now. Cut the print time in half too.. this will be interesting.
Ok so here we go!

You forgot to connect 1 end

Bridging. Not such a great success but walls pretty good still so Iām keen to make this work at these speeds. š
Not sure what to try though as I suck hard at tuning.

Not sure why its missing to connect tho, maybe overlap of some sort.
To be fair that weird loops situation seems to happen no matter what so far
I tried 25mm/s as well and got the same issue
Top = squeegie settings.
Bottom = my old settings with bridging at 25mm/s

Left squeegie, right original.
Walls actually look slightly better on your settings squeegie. And printed in not far off a third of the time ā 18 mins. Bridging is a bit better on original, but it took 46 mins!

I can send over my whole profile if you would like to test?
https://github.com/jscancella/superslicerProfiles/blob/master/print/0.20mm%20HF%20%40RatRig%20-%20ABS.ini in case you want to try my ABS settings

Did you reduce bridge flow? they look very thick
yeah, to 65%

Will try these now.
FYI I run a NF crazy (mosquito clone)
Will that be appreciably different to a Rapido?
@Helge Keck You mind sharing the other settings you use with 25mm/s?
My max output is usually around 12mm/s so yeah it just can't print as fast
But I chose it back when rapido was new and wasn't sure it was great
