I print ASA at 270/105 with 60-ish chamber temp. Never seen bad layer adhesion.
So maybe up your nozzle and bed?

I think apollox temp is 255

I print 3do ASA, which is 230-250, but I also want to print fast .. 🙂
But I'm guessing it's the chamber temp that gives you bad adhesion.

The big peace are oke i can not break them

I’ve printed some spools of ApolloX in the past - the material ist nice and zog can do some beautiful things with it. Put in the point of layer adhesion it is not the best. I got better results with ASA from 3do. But that is more warp friendly. If the made special filament with some benefits - it also altern some other characteristics. In the fact of the apollox it is the layer adhesion. But how lithenbie said - how warm is your “enclosure” while printing?

I use temporary a hard paperbox the enclosure is on his way
What temp did you use to print the apollox
I've managed to print any ASA or ABS, openned enclosure in printer room @25]C, on glass, with hairspray, reactivated between prints ith a thin spray of IPA. Works great even with PETG or PLA. Lower first layer accel to 2000, same for fisrt layer speeds @ 60 and 120. You really want to let the bed cool down below 35°C before touching anything. Then gently tap you parts on the side ith any mini hammer like tool. They will pop off but will still be suction-stuck on the surface. Just push them gently.
I use 3D lack spray

260 and With 55 degrees chamber temp - but I whant to go higher with the chamber

I get to about 60-65°C with enclosure 2.0

Just printed this in 3DO ASA

Looks great
stormy-gold•2y ago
that was 270/105
it's a bit thin walled for my 0.6mm nozzle, though.
oh and supports went well.

the big lid did bend a bit, though. As I took it out a bit too early.

High temp advice was til 255

so yeah I have only printed asa at 270 on the ratrig. 🙂
What slicer you using
extended-salmonOP•2y ago
I use orca slicer
I just downloaded as I wanted to tech the arachnid engine but too lazy to redo my super slicer settings. What are your impressions? Only got 0.4 nozzles around
extended-salmonOP•2y ago
I have used the buildin profiles ajust the temp’s
For me its works great
i can confirm that the orca slicer generic asa profile is a good starting point, i tuned 3DO b-stock ASA and printed some EVA3 parts in my enclosed printer (255/105, minimal cooling) - only thing i struggle with sometimes is overhangs 😂 i'm not sure what i should think of asa, sometimes it works great, sometimes it's a b*tch to print...

Maybe play with the overhang cooling
yeah maybe more cooling in general, but i'm just glad that i managed to get this stuff somewhat printable.
it's enclosed so i can give it a little bit more i think.
