strange horizontal pattern

That looks like severe belt issues. Possibly riding on the edges of idlers, something loose, overtightened belts etc. From your Y graphs it looks like something is loose, or the belt is riding on the idler flanges. Go over your belt path and make sure everything is aligned well and running smoothly. Also 60 mm/s is a really bad speed with the 2504's. Go 100 mm/s +

same issue here, less pronounced but I have it. Same graphs I have it while printing at 120mm/s and not only, but at this speed with 2-8k acc

Off topic but why is 60mm/s bad? I use it often when running larger nozzles

the 2504's resonate quite a bit at lower speeds. 150-200 is quieter and smoother. So i recommend lower layer heights and higher speeds with larger nozzles if possible. But i mean, if it works for you, no need to change it 🙂
