m4p + cb1 RatOs 2.0xx

I saw the other support post about the cb1 in general, but seeing the m4p works with the V2 software I thought I'd give it a go. I tried just loading up the SD card and change the wifi credentials but no avail (yes I saw after the fact there is no CB1 directory included to make life easy.). Is this guide still the best way + the jank work arounds discussed here? (https://3dpandme.com/2022/10/02/tutorial-btt-manta-m8p-cb1-ratos-install-guide/)

Yes, use the image that Mikel built. I am not sure if he merged in the changes needed to set the wifi credentials, but otherwise it should be exactly the same as regular beta image https://github.com/Rat-OS/RatOS/suites/10986151873/artifacts/556842954 I just checked and he did merge in the changes to the configurator, so you just need to make sure to update the configurator before you do the configuration steps @davefrom3dpandme might want to update your post to point to the official CB1 Rat-OS image @lascoose plus the 2.x version of Rat-OS supports the manta (both versions) so it is just an include file line in your printer.cfg

I am decently confused. I have found the post and downloaded / opened the zip. Is this like a vscode situation where I have to create an image from the download or reference it in putty to download? or am I taking the v2.0.0 beta, slapping that image onto the sd, then throwing over a file into it so it can talk to the CB1

No, take the v2 beta link I posted, burn to SD. THE END

@miklschmidt can you move over the image from GitHub actions to the releases section.so it's easier for people to download? No worries! I put in a lot of work to get the cb1 supported so I am just glad to see people besides me use it
