Connecting a 12V 4 pin part fan

Hi, my build is coming along well - just the part cooling fan - delivered with the original kit - remains. It comes with a 4 pin plug I will probably need to cut and extend. I found some hints how to connect this type of fan to the octopus 1.1 but those are partly contratiting each other. Has anyone done this step successfully and can tell me to what color (we got red black yellow blue) goes to that pin and how to set the relevant jumpers? Thanks!

Connecting a 4028 fan | RatOS
4028 server fans are becoming a popular option for part cooling because of their light weight and great pressure and flow rates. In this guide we'll go over how to connect one and use it for part cooling. 4-pin fans usually aren't used in 3d printers, and many boards only provide 2-pin ports, but fear not! There's always a way.

if you have a recent kit, it's probably this fan https://store.cwc-group.com/mgt4012wbw28.html. Blue should be PWM, Yellow Tachometer. noisy boy! This one definitely goes up to 100% while the board is rebooting, by the way.
