Holes in first layer..

Any idea as to what setting I can tweak to resolve the holes in my first layer test print?

Upon closup review it looks like possibly an extrusion issue.. what appears to be drag holes are actually a result of under extrusion.. I wonder if I possibly have a partial clogged nozzle? It's rather random so I'm thinking extrusion width probably would make it look better but not necessarily solve the problem entirely..

To be honest, the entire layer looks a bit underfilled. Have you tried babystepping a bit closer to the bed?

Start the print, let it go for a few lines, then babystep closer to see if it improves
