Support impossible to remove

So I don't know what's going on with my print or printer but it seems that no matter what I do, the print is always stuck to the supports like glue. I've cut myself several times trying to take it off. On my Ender 3 it's easy as hell but on my Ratrig I need a knife and those stab-proof gloves. My cura settings: https://i.gyazo.com/45bcb89d49cd0c65aa1d97b65d93c9bb.png the area in support also looks really horrid even with the supports impossible to remove. So I have no idea what's going on.

I'm certainly no expert, but I just saw a youtube video where a guy used a heat gun to give the super stuck supports a little heat and then they popped right off with a pair of needle nose pliers. Might be worth a try. There are probably other solutions, but I'm too much of a noob to know what they are.

Might be worth thinking about. My parts are also totally uncooled so maybe I should turn on the part fan. I'm trying a few things with the part settings. But it is frustrating Gonna bump this. Tried maxing out cooling to no avail, parts are still stuck pretty good. Any idea what else to try?

I noticed that I had to lower the printing temperature moving from my old printers (E3D V6) to THE mosquito significantly. Might help to retune

(Not a professional but i stayed at a holiday in express) id lower the ‘support interface thickness’. The cura documentation says thicker distances for that setting make supports hard to remove. 🤷‍♂️ https://support.ultimaker.com/s/article/1667417606331
