Print warping
Hey folks. My print is warping as shown in the photo.. using PLA, extruder at 200C and fan art 15 to 30%.. need is at 65C..
All info I've read this far seems to suggest part cooling to fast. Should reduce the part cooling fan lower than 15%??

What fan do you have?
4028
Variable speed
200 seems low. I print at 215. I would also increase your bed temperature a bit. To like 70. If it still warps then I would lower fan
K, thanks alot.
OK so I resolved warping.. last settings I used are HE at 220, bed at 75 and fan 1 to 15%.. this is the result..

The bottom part at the ends just never truly form correctly.. other than that.. it's a perfect print.. the bottom ends need a support structure?
I guess I can try adding support in the slicer.. I just want to know what you folks think..

Also noticed the ends have some dark areas.. what is this indicative of? Plastic burn?
