How do I convert my plan to dedicated CPU?

I can't seem to find a way to change my plan to use dedicated CPU. Server response times are too erratic so I'm hoping dedicated CPU might help. Any help would be appreciated.

Unsure what you mean here, all containers reserve the CPU resources ahead of usage. What are you trying to host and what performance issues are you seeing?

Just a lightweight website. I'm seeing inconsistent response times. Sometimes a request is 50-70ms and some are almost 200ms. So my assumption is that's due to shared CPU resources.

Understood, can you share your project-Id? My initial hunch is that it's not due to CPU but rather Network (on our end) but candidly, my cycles to investigate this are pretty low. If someone else on the team has they can pick it up.
