false ban with no appeal

I was banned for using "third party applications" i attempted to submit a ticket but it automatically denied me, for context i havent played in 6 ish months and suddenly am banned i started using jbl sonar (not a software that tampers with the game in any way) for my headphones and am wondering if i can get my account back?

Solution:

@Jailtester Submit a ticket and describe in detail the issue, as well as what 3rd party software you’re running. Staff here are not Riot employees and won’t be able to assist on the issue....

Val makes my PC keep freezing? Pls help

Hi so basically my valorant, whenever I open it, has been freezing my PC after it runs for about 2-3 minutes, and continues to freeze it after its closed. I've done a PC check, I have the right specs to run val, and nothings wrong with my PC, so I think valorant might be the problem atp. I deleted and reinstalled it and it still continued to do this. When it freezes it doesn't stay frozen, it freezes for 5-10 seconds, stops for a few, and then continues to freeze again over and over. After this...

Input lag

so whenever i play valorant it always makes me lag or freeze like hell. (for better context when i move it takes me to the place i was like two seconds ago or it moves me forward 2 more inches even when im standing still. this happens with my abilities too.) my i have a 60 hz monitor and ive put on reflex latency on boost, optimised it in my nvidia settings, i've tried everything, but it still doesn't go away and it says I have a network problem when my internets completely fine.
