Input lag
so whenever i play valorant it always makes me lag or freeze like hell. (for better context when i move it takes me to the place i was like two seconds ago or it moves me forward 2 more inches even when im standing still. this happens with my abilities too.) my i have a 60 hz monitor and ive put on reflex latency on boost, optimised it in my nvidia settings, i've tried everything, but it still doesn't go away and it says I have a network problem when my internets completely fine.

what does rubber banding mean
when you have packet loss and it teleports you back to where you were a few seconds ago etc

turn on packet loss in settings to see if it is packet loss

look for packet loss

and walk around and see if you are teleporting still and look to see if you are getting packet loss
ive done that and it says 0-1%
and that only happens when it rubber bands
yeah even 1% packet loss makes you lag
yh im getting 5% now

how do i make it stop
yeah packet loss normally happens when you are on wifi
maybe try ethernet if you can
if not its probably not fixable unless you try restarting your router it might fix it
