I Can’t launch valorant on ps5

When I launch the game I have a message "this is taking way too long" after that loading then error 43, I tested on several games if it was my connection but no everything is fine it is only when I launch valorant on ps5 that I have a problem.

Keybind problem

Since the update I'm experiencing a problem where when i move my mouse as I shift and hold A and W my A key decides to not work momentarily. It's only a problem on Valorant since I'm not experiencing it on any other game or anywhere else. Is there something wrong with my keybinds, or is anyone else experiencing this? And if so is there any way to fix this because It's unplayable
