ban for playing with cheater
my friend just got banned for 4 months for playing with a cheater but he didnt knew it was a cheater, does he get unbanned or riot just gonna say "idc u already put money on our game" like always says to any appeal?

You will most likely notice if you have a cheater in your game, i dont know if you are talking about comp or swiftplay. But you will most likely notice a 40 bomb ace every round and not think it is a cheater, You can try to appeal but im likely sure they will tell you no.

I have never heard other players being banned for having a cheater on their team. However, i have heard of players being banned for duoing, or stacking with a player they know to be intentionally cheating.
even if you didnt know they were cheating and you have someway to prove it which you cant they will not unban you
probably one of the hardest bans to get removed ever is ban for queueing with a cheater wether you knew or not
