i’m stuck on game loading screen

i got disconnected from the match i’ve tried restarting the game restarting my pc i’ve uninstalled and then reinstalled the game and it’s still got me stuck on this loading screen and ideas ?

What does top 100% and top 71% mean?

I’m confused by the way the riot client mobile app says top % for KD is top 100% better than top 71%? Is it the bigger it gets the better I am on that agent?

Valorant Stops my keyboard from working

Hi! I’ve been playing valorant for a while now. This has NEVER happened to me. But ever since the latest update. I’ve opened Valorant, and my enter laptop keyboard stops working. And when I close Valorant. It does not work even after. This only happens when I open Valorant! Anyone know what’s going on?
