I am experiencing server disconnects after 5-10 minutes of being in a match. my ping stays around 15-30 constantly, I play in NA servers. And I have not had issues in any other multiplayer games. has anyone had a similar issues?

Old PC - Everything worked, New PC - Stuttering, Lag, Generally Unplayable

Hey guys, on my old potato this game ran great but once I switched to my new pc I experience stuttering and lag issues. This is despite having alright ping and constant 144fps. Changing the graphics settings does nothing. No updates are anything else that would cause issues is occurring. When running the game it never runs my CPU over 30%...

Ping spam - known cheat?

Playing this morning and I'm seeing a TON of pings. Turns out they're all directly on the positions of enemies and are getting flooded by someone who is clearly hacking. I have a video recording of it. My question is, is this well known? Are the devs looking into it? I hadn't seen it before until today. I have a video of it as well if someone is curious....

Gostaria de foramalizar e deixar claro que: O anti-cheat do jogo é furado.

A alguns dias recebi um ban de 5 anos e meio por uso de softwares de terceiros(cheats), porém, antes disso fui informado que a minha conta estava em análise por múltiplas denuncias de outros jogadores por uso de cheats. Geralmente jogo de Sniper, e é claro que sempre tem gente chorona que vai te denunciar por ter levado um tiro na cabeça a mais de 1000 metros. Sou um jogador honesto que nunca usou nenhum tipo de cheat. Fui banido por todo esse tempo apenas por ser BOM. Abri um ticket, mas nada ainda....

Banned for no reason. "You are banned by EasyAntiCheat"

Hi, I'm creating this post to contact support about my account being banned for no apparent reason. Yesterday I received the game as a gift from a friend of mine and I played it for a brief moment, 3 or 4 games at most. Today when I went to log in I came across the message that I was banned with the reason: "You are banned by EasyAntiCheat". I have not modified or installed any files regarding the game since one day. I will leave, below, a printout of the message I received, the game is in Portuguese, however you can clearly read the important part: "REASON FOR BANNING": I precisely ask to review what is happening because I did not use a hack, harm or offend anyone, in the meantime 24 hours....

Problem with a person from the country Error (Russia)

Game runs fine and then out of nowhere it'll crash.

As the title says the game runs fine. I get into a match and can run around and shoot things and then it'll crash. I then wait for a little bit and it fixes itself and I'm able to continue the game again until I crash. Might be when I aim/shoot or get shoot at but idk.

Banned

My account was banned, I played without cheats for no reason, without any programs, I would like to resolve this issue. I want to be able to upgrade my account further, since I just started pumping my account, I bought the game and was banned... I lost 96 minutes in the game. Explain why this happened??? I started getting kicked out of the game because of an anti-cheat, and then I get banned from my account after 3 crashes from the game. Can you tell me what to do? P.S not of any third -party programs, I did not use cheats !!!...

Keep getting kicked by EAC

I get kicked by EAC occasionally but I don't know how to launch the game with anti-cheat services. I reinstalled the whole game and it's still happening. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I had a virus called agent tesla and eac was kicking me because of that

Stutter every 5 seconds

I have problems with stuttering every 5 seconds. It occurs in the game, but also in the main menu. I already had the same problems a year ago, these were fixed with the update on 06/09/23. Unfortunately, the problem reappeared a little later after further updates. I've tried all the fixes I could find, reinstalled the game and even reinstalled my PC and Windows. I hope I can get some help here. I can upload my logs if you need them....

I let my childish teenage brother use my steam and he played BattleBit but ended up throwing slurs into the game chat like a child and when I logged in I had been banned?!?!?!?!?! I already jumped on his case but is there anyway I could get this removed?????
