Black Screen?
Hi, I am new to battle bit, i have encountered another issue well playing, after about 20 minutes after joining a lobby it just goes dark and stops working, is this a human error or what? Edit: I am also having gameplay issues(white dots taking over the screen), btw it says that i should have 155 ping but my average ping is bout 500 and most of the time it spikes to 1300

if you'll fix your ping it should happen less
Hi, I had to go to bed after sending this, How would one fix the ping issue?, i live in SA, so maybe thats the reason, but it still says it should only be 155 but it is 300 and then spikes to 1.3k
Also, if in conversation with a staff member, for instance, the conversation currently happening, am i allowed to ping the staff i am talking to if it is a "long respond time", conversation?

The white dots is a gameplay problem
White dots happen when I sprint, the gameplay has a bunch of pixels on things that just go white and fuzzy like tv static, and then disappear once i stop sprinting
