Players online vanished

Hey there. I was just wondering what could have caused this to happen? My server is: https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/palworld/26825194 and there is currently people playing but it is showing none. Everything was working great until I restarted the server for a patch. Ever since then no players will show as online even though the server has some playing on it. Squad rcon Player Kicks not being picked up

Player kicks done from in-game producing the rcon line that can be matched with /^Kicked player (?<id>\d+)\. \[Online IDs= EOS: (?<eosId>[a-f\d]{32})(?: steam: (?<steamId>\d{17}))?] (?<name>.+)/ are not making it into Player Activity Log (possibly if BM has not polled recently enough to have an up to date player list(untested theory))

What happened to the "player log"

Previously, the player log displayed the nickname with which you were on the server at n time Now it displays the current nickname. It seemed strange to me because before it worked very conveniently and I would like to know if it is possible to somehow return the display of the nickname with which the person logged into the server at that time, and not his current one. Website infected with Phishing?

My antivirus and Opera has blocked my attempt to access Battlemetrics because it was infected with HTML:Phishing-DCN [Phish]. Is this a false-positive? It happened as i was refreshing my RCON.

Strip steamid inputs in player tab upon RCON search

I notice when I search a SteamID, it will often have a trailing space. Could the web interface auto-strip these inputs? It will fail to search if there is a trailing space.

Purchased Battlemetrics RCON through host - going to old IP address

I purchased Battlemetrics RCON through my hosting provider and received an email to activate my subscription. When I follow the process of activation, it connects an OLD IP address which is no longer active (DEAD) instead of the current server IP address. How can I remedy this?

RCON issue

An incorrect RCON Port. (RCON correct.) Firewall, antivirus, or other security system blocking the connection. (Necessary authorizations and permissions have been granted.) RCON disabled or misconfigured on server. (RCON enabled and our server does not misconfigured.) I couldn't find what the problem was. Updating IP Address for Exisiting Server

Hello, I have the subscription to Battlemetrics RCON and am trying to update my server’s IP. I had to switch to another IP so the one that’s set is outdated. When I tried updating it, it gave an error “Server Conflict Changing the IP would result in duplicate servers in our database. Either add the exisiting Server at that Address, or contact us for help.” Am I supposed to create a new server? I don’t want to lose the historical data.
