Arma Reforger, Can not setup, RCON Fails

Self hosted on Linux I can connect to RCON from outside my network via battleeye RCON tool. RCON is setup on port 19010. On my firewall, doing a packet capture, I can see the incoming connection, but the request is not completed on the Arma Reforger Server. Any more details needed?...

Problem with displayed name

Hi. There is a problem with displayed name of my server. I am the server owner, my friend set up RCON for us - he was "organisation owner" in BM. Now it so happened that we decided to split up and I created new organization on BM, changed the IP address of the server and decided to connect it to BM. ...

Solution:

Servers Names follow to what is obtained via Query, If query shows blank, BM shows blank....

[Bug] Organizations that share data override permissions

Example: A user's primary organization is organization A. This user is also a part of organization B. Organization A and B share data, such as player notes. Player notes done by Organization B should be able to be seen by Organization A. However, if the user does not have permissions in organization B, it will override their ability to see player notes they would otherwise be able to see since they are in Organization A. We just had this issue and could not understand why one of our admins could not see certain notes by a shared organization. We noticed they were also in that organization, however that org has since been disbanded. Only the organization on BattleMetrics exists anymore. Once our admin left their organization, they were able to see the notes they were not able to see before....

Potentially fake DayZ servers

Hello! I come here after having a conversation in the official DayZ discord a few days ago. There, a group of people complained that the Battlemetrics' server list and ranking for DayZ has recently become meaningless. In my opinion, everything was working well until August. However, recently a large number of potentially 'fake' servers have appeared. We believe that these servers are fake because they share the same mods, and have virtually the same statistics. [BUG][SQUAD] Squads created at the same time confuse the trigger scripts.

I have a trigger for Created Squads, which detects specific keywords being the squad name(eg. APC, IFV, Heli) and automatically disbands those squads as we require more specific naming of squads for vehicle claims. Ran into this issue today where 2 squads were created at the same time, 1 legal(MI-8), 1 illegal(HELI) and the bot disbanded the legal squad, but sent the correct adminWarn to the HELI squad but did not disband the HELI squad. RCON Disabled after org transfer

How to use Steamid to search for players in Battlemetrics？

Solution:

You need to be an admin/owner of a server. That server needs to be connected to Battlemetrics Rcon. Then you can search for any person that has joined your server, you won't have access to data from other servers....

fake player / reflected server

Bots and fake players (1hr time) and Bot that show as Real players. .. They also setup a reflection server to redirect players (they often change the port of 27080 when delisted by a +1 number to port) redirect player: 51.195.188.106:27080 to 51.195.188.106:27015 Can anything be done about these cheaters?...
