Ongoing Issue with Connecting Squad Server to BattleMetrics - Confirmation of Ports
Hello BattleMetrics Support Team,
I am experiencing a persistent issue while trying to connect my Squad server to your system. I keep receiving an error message stating: "We were unable to query the server at the given IP and query port."
I would like to clarify that I have thoroughly checked all the information I entered, including:
IP: 45.82.122.206
Game Port: 34911
Query Port:
RCON Port: I attempted to change it from 21114 to 20202 without success.
I purchased the RCON service for 10 euros, and I expect it to work properly. Therefore, I am requesting your assistance in resolving this issue, as it seems the problem may lie with the system or BattleMetrics rather than on my end. I do not wish to be asked to recheck the information, as I am confident it is accurate.
I would appreciate a prompt and helpful response, rather than an ambiguous reply, as I have already spent considerable time attempting to resolve this issue myself.
