There are additional information that can be helpful.
The problem is occurring in both buckets created without giving location hint (APAC) to R2 buckets or without hint.
Most of the users were assigned to NRT or HKG Colo, and the problematic users had a very delayed TTFB time and a very slow download speed.

Check it via linode hosts, It seems not occurs in public cloud.

It may be difficult to reproduce even in a public cloud environment because we cannot determine exactly what situation it occurs. I'll try and come back.

Some of the users who experienced a slowdown in which COLO was assigned to HKG had some improvements when connecting to KIX using WARP+.

Cf-Cache-Status Header, it shows HIT.
But download speed deviation is severe on same device33 replies
